Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is awesome and very good. The rooms are not very big but comfortable for a three-star hotel, equipped with a large bed, A/C, mini-bar, safe, private bathroom, and toiletries. The service is very receptive to any type of request and the staff are attentive. The location is good, pretty close to the historical center. The dining experience was good and copious. The facilities are satisfactory, meeting basic needs.
The hotel offers very clean rooms with a beautiful view, but it was a bit small for our group, had some unstable power plugs, and was overly hot. The service was great, very friendly and helpful, but they hang a plastic red bracelet on customers, which might not be ideal for some. The location is very good, close to historic springs, baths, and monasteries by the river Cerna. The dining experience was okay, not outstanding, with long queues. The facilities were nice overall.
The hotel is a nice three-star option with clean rooms, but not exactly at a four-star level due to some maintenance issues. The service is friendly but could be slow at times. The location is good, near the historical center, and the dining options have a good variety. Overall, it offers decent value for money.
